ABOUT ME

Here I am at a very important meeting, LOL

    Born and raised in Western New York State, I learned my trade under many and varies chefs on the East Coast for over ten years.  For the last 30 years, I have been a working Executive Chef.  My love affair with Cajun/Creole cooking began in the late 70's while working in the South.

    For over 20 years now, I have call Las Vegas, Nv. home.  Some of my interests are cooking, reading cookbooks, reading about food, reading, hunting and fishing.

    I like both blues and country music, Louis Armstrong, Billie Holliday, Wille Nelson and Johnny Cash

    As far as reading, I love to read all kinds of cook books, any Travis McGee novels, The Lord Of The Rings books.  And any John Grisham, Nelson DeMille, Tom Clancy and Kathy Reichs novels.
